The 'Me Button' project required teams to sketch, design, implement and document an application where the central interaction is with a button, such that the interaction represents some aspect of our client’s personality or character.
view projectProject 2 required teams to again sketch basic ideas of alternatives to the "Slide to Unlock" feature on the mobile phone, one set of ideas that were based on a multitouch or gesture interaction, and another set that were based on an interaction with any of the sensors that mobile phones are equipped with.
view projectProject 3 required teams to create a physical prototype that solves an everyday problem. Prototypes were based on the Arduino programmable circuit board, and our team went through an ideation process similar to that employed for previous projects.
view projectProject 4 required teams to create a novel interface to augment in-person and/or remote communication and collaboration. There was no restriction on the type of technology that could be used to create the interface, and so our team decided to create a digital solution suited for mobile phones. First, we went through an ideation process similar to that employed for previous projects.
